I did a new outfit today, for minifee, again ! And i still like my little Mielikki so much ^^ I bought this doll on a real impulse, i just loved it at first sight. But i don't regret anything and she's actually my little egeria ^^ ...

that was the answer for the flat. I am soooo disappointed and so angry. I can't believe they treat us this way... I will have to go to Lyon again, to do the same thing again, until we finally found a place.
Yesterday i finally read "the tales of beedle the bard" by Rowling. I am a huge fan of Harry Potter but i had the book for christmas : thanks to Stephane ! Well it was a quite nice reading but far too short, and the immersion in Harry's world was way too glib... ^^

Well i feel disheartened tonight... I hope i'll find motivation again soon, it's not good for creativity to stay in apathy...

that's what i do since sunday... I was in Lyon for a week, looking for a flat for me and my flatmates. We finally found a very nice one, in the center of the town and we applied to get it. But we still don't know if it's ok or not, we're still waiting for an answer. I wish we will have some positive news very soon, i feel a bit stressed about it. That's why i didn't make any update here for days ^^
Today i finally found some motivation to make my first outfit for my minifee girl. I should have tried before but as it's a new size of doll for me, i had to make everything from the beginning with patterns. Here is my very first essay :

The outfit includes bloomers, a dress and a very small jacket. Well i know it's not fantastic, but it was a first step to become familiar to those new proportions. What you think ?
And i'm still waiting for my new mini boy too ! I ordered Azrit one month ago. He should be shipped very soon now ! ^^

And i would like to make some different clothes from now. I've tried a first essay :

Of course this is just a first line, i will think and work on it ^^

...and this outfit is very simple, well it's what we could thought when we look at it :

But it was not so easy for me to do a black and white outfit which could look great. to use plain colour makes you work more on shapes and on the patterns. I know that here it looks a bit "empty" in the white spaces, but just with some accessories like a very long black necklace, would make the outfit look special. Don't you think ? ^^

I worked a lot on this outfit which is finally truly failed. -_-

i do sew ^^ It has been such a pain. The fabric was really hard to deal with and finally well the result is not really nice. But i have to make long jacket to complete the outfit, i hope it will work... I hope you're having a great week end ^^

on a black dress ^^ So here is my last outfit for sd girl ! the pitcure is a little bit large i'm sorry ><

and work for me is : to make clothes ! And actually doll clothes, you know it right ^^ So i've worked pretty well those last days. I did two outfit, this one :

The pictures is a bit dark but the dress is purple. The sleeves and the bustier have been made in a nice and solid black satin ^^
And i made one with green and brown cotton, with elven inspiration :

I did it as commission work for my best buyer ^^ I hope she'll like it !
And i just finished an other outfit one hour ago. But the night is already there and the light of the moon is not strong enough for my camera, so i couldn't take any good picture... Well, i'll post tomorrow ^^ It's a all black outfit, with a bustier with red crosses (yes i love making bustier lool).

I hope this year will be better than 2008. I'm really positive, maybe we will have to fight with money problems but i think things are going to...start, or re start, this year. Maybe change too. I want to remain determined to build my own future, my own bliss. That's why i didn't take any resolution but only decisions ^^ I won't "try" but i will "do" !! Welcome on this new year, and thanks to all who came here during 2007 and 2008 ^__^
